1 · What we collect
Three categories, and nothing outside them.
Your sports, competitions, teams, players, alert preferences, display name and appearance. All of it is written to your device's own storage and none of it is sent to us — there is no us to send it to.
Requests for scores go to TheSportsDB and name a competition, a day or a match — never you. The app also asks its own configuration endpoint which advertising slots to use, sending only this app's bundle identifier.
Google AdMob requests the ads, and Google Firebase Analytics records its own standard measurements such as when the app is opened. This app logs no events of its own, and nothing recorded identifies you by name.
2 · Why we hold it
Everything in the first column lives on your device unless the retention note says otherwise.
3 · Your rights
Because the data is on your device rather than on a server, most of these you can exercise yourself, immediately, from the Me tab. Anything else goes through the contact form — we answer within 30 days and never charge for it.
4 · Children and third parties
Hola Football is not directed at children under 13, and because there is no account we hold nothing that could identify one. Scores, fixtures, tables, line-ups and crests come from TheSportsDB, which receives no information about you. Advertising and analytics are handled by Google's software under Google's own privacy policy. Payment for a subscription is taken entirely by Apple — we never see your card details, and purchases are governed by Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement.
5 · Changes to this policy
If what the app does with data changes, this page changes with it and the effective date above moves. The same document is kept inside the app, on the Me tab, so the two always agree.
Ask about your data
Data requests, questions about this policy, or anything a support article didn't answer. A person reads every message.
